Door/Grill Painting

This completes the preparation of the surface that needs to be painted. Now apply Zinc Chromate metal primer to the entire surface. After the primer has dried, apply the first coat of the paint by using a good quality brush. Let the first coat dry for 24 hours and than apply the second coat. Check whether all inner sides of steel section are painted. The normal consumption of paint is 0.5 litres of paint per coat for 10 square meter of plain surface.
